How long until my agent is live?
A Pilot is usually live within a week. Larger builds with add-ons and multiple channels typically take around two weeks.
What does a "conversation" count as?
One conversation is a single back-and-forth session with a customer, regardless of how many messages it contains. If you go over your plan's monthly cap, extra conversations are billed at RM 0.20 each.
Which channels can the agent run on?
Web chat is included in every plan. WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram are available through the social channel add-on.
Do I own the agent?
Yes. The agent, its configuration, and your data belong to you. There's no per-seat licensing, and you're free to take it elsewhere.
What happens if it can't answer something?
The agent hands off cleanly. With the sentiment or escalation add-on it can detect frustration and route the conversation to a human automatically.
